Irresistible Caramelized Onion Appetizer
I gotta tell you about these fantastic little appetizers I had at a party last week. I mean they were unbelievably delicious. They were so good I thought I was eating dessert. And you know what? They are store bought from my favorite store – Trader Joe’s.
These tasty tidbits are called Pastry Bites with Feta Cheese and Caramelized Onions. You’ve got to try these. I had to restrain myself from not eating the whole plate of them. They are that good.
I even ran out the next day to find them. So now I have a box sitting in my freezer and I can’t wait to have or go to some function where I can make them. Something tells me that I won’t even wait.
I will probably make them today after my son gets home from school. Unfortunately there are only 12 in the box. He can have a couple.
If you ever need a great appetizer and you have a Trader Joe’s in the neighborhood these are a definite thumbs up.
